At Denver Tallow Co, we stand behind our products with a customer-first return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your tallow balm purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

What You Can Return

  • Unopened products
  • Partially used products
  • Products you simply don't like
  • Any product for any reason within 30 days

We believe in our products, but we also believe every customer should be happy with their purchase.

How Returns Work

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at brandon@denvertallow.com to initiate your return. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Which product(s) you'd like to return
  • Brief reason for return (optional)

Step 2: We'll Handle Shipping

We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs. Returns are completely free for you.

Step 3: Send Your Product Back

Package your product in any reasonable packaging (original tin not required) and ship it back using the provided label.

Step 4: Get Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at brandon@denvertallow.com
  • We'll send you a replacement balm for free
  • No need to return the damaged item

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right quickly.

Refund Details

What You'll Receive

  • Full refund of the product price ($33)
  • Full refund of any shipping costs (if applicable)
  • Reimbursement of return shipping costs

Processing Time

  • 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation when processed

International Note

While we only ship within the United States, any valid returns will be processed according to this policy.

No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees or processing fees. If you return a product, you get your full money back. Period.
